Therlun (from the BrainGoodGames discord and namesake of the upcoming Solar Settlers race the Therlunai) has made a cool card analysis/ranking image.
Obvious card spoilers below, but check it out if you don’t mind that kind of thing.
Congrats to Vivafringe! He’s earned a snazzy “Weekly Challenge Winner” Discord role to go with his launch event winner role.
Looks like he has some stiff competition coming up from Kenbutsu, Pocketknight, roberto and Allan. Lots of strong players competing!
So it’s official! Solar Settlers is the most sucessful BrainGoodGame launch ever!
Not without a little turbulence along the way (I deleted a couple peoples saves by accident yesterday), but on the whole I’m very happy with how things have gone.
Now as soon as I can get 1.01b out the door I can rest a bit…

Also made really good design progress with the Discord testing team about some card changes and overall tweaks for high-level play.

It’s been a crazy ride making this one. It started off with the simple idea of exploring space by playing cards, and it quickly grew beyond the scope of every other game we’ve made. Tried out a whole lot of new stuff, especially in terms of XP/unlockables, and I think we might have achieved the most complete BrainGoodGame package to date.
